BUFFALO LAKE, MINN – Kottke Trucking is proud to announce James Rogalski as our first quarter Jim Doering Award of Excellence winner. Rogalski has been with Kottke Trucking since 2007 and has driven without any accidents or any violations. Rogalski has been driving professionally for 25 years.

Rogalski was nominated by his peers. In addition to his excellent delivery record, they noted his willingness to help with electronic logs and scanners. With e-logs being relatively new to Kottke Trucking, it is great to know that James is helping anyone out there in need of assistance.
General Manager Kyle Kottke had this to say about James:
“James is an example of what every driver should shoot for. He’s been driving for 25 years without any accidents and is always looking for ways to become and even better driver. We are proud of James and lucky to have him on our team.”
Rogalski has now qualified for the Duane and Connie Kottke Driver of the Year Award which will be awarded again at the conclusion of 2016. Jim Doering was Kottke Trucking’s first long time driver and stayed with our company for over 35 years. The quarterly awards are named in his memory.
