We have multiple full-time openings in our offices at Kottke Trucking: Load Planning Manager, Customer Service Representative and Driver Manager/Dispatcher. This positions are open to be filled in our offices in both Minnesota  (Buffalo Lake and Eagan) or Florida (Wildwood and Davenport).

Load Planning Manager

The main duty of this person is to assign loads to trucks, while ensuring customer service levels needed and achieving driver needs. This position will maximize revenue, while meeting driver expectations and customer on time service. Load planners need to be creative to find solutions to allow us to exceed our customer’s needs.

Customer Service Representative

This person will work with our customers, our CSR team, our planning team and our driver managers to arrange our freight patterns and set up our customer relationships for success. This person will be assigned a set of customers, make appointments, handle customer requests and any communication requirement of the customer.

This person will be the drivers first point of contact, coordinate with driver about loads, manage drivers vacation requests, and be responsible for the timely movement of company freight.

  • Manage Drivers and their work loads
  • Manage Drivers home time and vacation requests
  • Coordinate with planners and customer service reps for meeting driver and customer demand
  • Work to maximize driver performance
  • Help to minimize deadhead
  • Maximize Revenues per Mile
  • Well Spoken, Easy to understand
  • Sympathetic and companionate to the drivers needs
