Kottke Trucking is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. This position can sit in either Minnesota (Buffalo Lake or Eagan) or Florida (Wildwood or Davenport).

Sales Representative skills and qualifications
· Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and offer solutions to concerns
· Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
· Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
· The ability to close a deal, track its performance and follow through to encourage repeat sales is absolutely expected
· Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of our offerings to potential customers
· Ability to work in multiple environments as this position is 75% in office and 25% travel expectations.
Sales Representative salary expectations
Position will pay $48-52k plus the expectation that you will earn significant commissions in addition to the salary.
Sales Representative education and training requirements
Position only requires a high school diploma or GED
Sales Representative experience requirements
While industry experience will be considered, it isn’t a requirement of the industry. We look character before experience.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
